Workshops @ Buitengoed Nuovo Festival

Online Worldview Journey
/in Agenda/by Annick de WittIn this online Worldview Journey you’ll explore your own worldview while also learning more about the Worldview Journey as an innovative, educational approach and learning tool.
You’ll gain appreciation of the creative, world-shaping powers of worldviews, explore the biographical and cultural roots of your own worldview, and understand it in the context of the larger worldview-landscape.
You’ll ask yourself some deep questions, and you’ll hear from others. It will be dynamic, explorative, and fun!
This journey is of particular interest to educators, trainers, and facilitators who may be interested in hosting a Worldview Journey with their own group(s). Besides experiencing (a part of) this journey yourself, you’ll hear more about the educational ideas and insights it is based on.
What you’ll gain:
The power of worldviews
You’ll gain a deeper understanding of what worldviews are, and why they’re so life- and world-shaping.
Self-insight
You’ll learn about your own worldview – the ‘big story’ that guides your life – and explore where it came from, what it means to you, and how it’s serving or limiting you.
Understanding cultural dynamics
You’ll hear about other worldviews currently operating in society. This gives you a framework for understanding the complex cultural and societal dynamics in our contemporary world.
Practice, explore, dialogue
You’ll experience simple yet powerful exercises that help us have rich dialogues with each other. This enables us to learn new things about ourselves, as well as learn from others.
Prep for using the Worldview Journey with your group
This journey is also useful for anyone considering using the Worldview Journey with their own group. Once you’ve travelled the terrain yourself, it’s much easier to be a guide for others.
Your investment
Your total time investment comes down to about 2.5 hours. You’ll need about an hour to prepare beforehand. This will allow us to optimally use our time when we meet on Zoom (for 1.5 hours), and dive deep! This journey is free of costs.

Belevingsworkshop
The Work That Reconnects en Theory U (het U-Proces).
