The facilitator training guides you through the Worldview Journey, while offering you the resources to facilitate it with your own participants
The training consists of 8 online, interactive sessions of about 2 hours each, combined with some preparatory work at home.
- The Educational Worldview Journey consists of three short but deep learning journeys (of ± 4 – 6 hours each) that invite learners to explore, exchange, and expand their worldviews.
- The program is well-researched and has been developed in collaboration with Utrecht University. The study of the program resulted in multiple academic publications.
- The program is fun, dynamic, and interactive – and has been received very well by students and online participants alike. Read some testimonials below.
- The program is supported by excellent learning resources, including video-lectures, a travel journal, nature walk, and teacher manual.
- Sessions are recorded, and absent participants will be paired so they can self-organize to practice our transformative dialogue-technique together.
- This training is for anyone curious to deepen their understanding of their own and others’ worldviews; discover potent new learning methods; and contemplate what role they want to play at this critical time for humanity.
Planning
The sessions take place every other Tuesday at 5 pm CET, from Feb 11th through May 20th 2025. (5 pm CET is: 8 am LA | 11 am NYC | 4 pm London | 8 pm Dubai | 12 am (next day) Singapore.) Each session is 2 hours long.

- Feb 25th: Theory – Understand main concepts, ideas, and research findings
- March 11th: Worldview Journey 1: Explore your worldview
- March 25th: Worldview Journey 2: Exchange across worldviews
- April 8th: Worldview Journey 3: Expand your worldview
- April 22nd: Theory – Master facilitation essentials, revisit core concepts
- May 6th: Case-clinic – Bring questions, issues, & real-life examples
- May 20th: Completion – Envision your expanded future
