Together with the Generative Dialogue Lab at Utrecht University, we’re hosting a monthly open dialogue session, with the aim of building a global, online community of practice, next to our on site community of practice at Utrecht University.
This community brings together people that are — in whatever way, shape, or form — helping to “midwife” the new world into existence, and that are interested in dialogue, wanting to share their experiences, ideas, and questions, while learning from others.
A core-motivation for these session is that we believe that constructive human dialogue may become a master key to unlocking the greater potentials of this challenging time.
And we’ve learned that exquisitely simple methods can go a long way in creating conducive conditions for generative dialogue – defined as conversations that foster a respectful exchange of perspectives, enhance relationships, and produce novel insights.
